Wasps in Bathroom I rang this company, after finding them on Google, as my bathroom was full of wasps early this morning. Despite being very short notice they arrived within half an hour, Jack found the nest and treated it very quickly and efficiently. He explained where it was and how he treated it. I can’t thank him enough for the excellent service, I highly recommend them.

Honey bee nest chimney… I had a honey bee nest in my chimney that had been established for a while. Jack’s knowledge and experience was first rate in tackling the problem. An excellent experience following the appointment of Jack to remove squirrels from my roof and sealing the access point. Jack from TPC was excellent throughout the whole process. I heard a grinding sound late one evening coming from a wall in our loft extension and immediately googled Pest control. Jack’s number came up and I called (so glad I did). I mentioned that I had noticed Wasps in the house even when the windows were closed. Excellent Professional in Pest Control! My issue stemmed from having squirrels access my roof. Jack is the perfect representative for Tracker Pest Control and a gentleman that has restored my faith and trust with a smaller independent trades business. Excellent service I called Jack because I had a problem with Starlings nesting in my roof. He came and filled in several holes above the guttering. He cleaned out some debris from the guttering. Superb Superb. Jack came to our house at the drop of a hat on a Sunday night when all other calls to numerous pest control companies were either unavailable if unable to come until the morning. We had a wasp nest in the edge of our roof just above our bedroom and noticed they were burrowing through the ceiling. Just about spotted and filled with poly filler before calling Jack who provided an excellent, knowledgeable and efficient service on a Sunday night. Highly recommend!

They were very efficient. They were quick, efficient, friendly and very careful sealing the edge gaps in the solar panels from pigeons on our roof. We have fragile tiles and did really well not damaging them.

Wasps all gone!! I recently called Tracker Pest Control with regards to a Wasps nest under the roof of our garage and Jack arrived, advised and dealt with the nest very quickly and decisively. Wasps Wasps ? What wasps? After four weeks of sleepless nights, with a hornets nest embedded in the ceiling of our loft extension bedroom, two visits from another company that could only suggest scaffolding to be erected to reach the roof, and another company that did not even have a long ladder??? Jack from tracker pest control came with his enormous ladder scaled the heights of our cottage, walked the length of our flat roof, and sorted this nest. Honey bees had been living in our wall cavity for over 4 years so there was rather a lot of bees, honeycomb and honey to remove! on top of that a section of the wall had to be removed, brick by brick to access the nest and then re-built after removal and cleaning. Tracker Pest Control did a fabulous and caring job, making sure as many bees were saved as possible and re-located and keeping us informed of the process as they worked – at height on a hot day! They also provided photographs of before and after of what was quite an intense nest there in our wall!

Jack has been excellent. He responded very quickly to our initial call, arrived on time and immediately identified where the mice have been and may be entering from. He clearly explained his plan, took the necessary steps and has been back since to seal up entry points. His overall knowledge comes across strongly, he is very polite and easy to communicate with and has given us confidence in the work carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tracker.

I was suffering from scratching under my kitchen floor. I didn’t know how to reach or resolve the problem. I contacted Tracker Pest control and Jack arrived the next day. He was professional, courteous and patient. He refused to take up my floor boards, which would have been the most expensive option, and managed to reach the area where the pests where by drilling through a skirting board – a far cheaper option. After an interim period to confirm no further activity, Jack came back and patched up the access holes to prevent further infestation. Superb service, great value; a company run by someone who gives a damn about his customers and takes an old-fashioned pride in his work. Jack did a really thorough check of our house for mice. He knew exactly what to look for but he also listened. Unlike other companies I contacted which, even before seeing the house, insisted that mice must be in the kitchen and loft, Jack looked in both places but also asked my experience and so quickly established where the mice were coming from and where they had been. He laid lots of bait and when he returned after two weeks he did a neat and precise job of filling the holes – again asking me if everything that I wanted had been done. Jack is a nice, smart guy who runs a good business. He takes an interest in his customers and seems motivated by genuine satisfaction that his work gives people peace of mind and a feeling of security. I like this company a lot and will return to Tracker for any future critter issues!

We had a problem with birds nesting in… We had a problem with birds nesting in the loft. Once we were sure the birds had left, we called Jack from Tracker Pest Control. He checked the loft and then removed old nests and then filled all of the holes in the roof to prevent the birds from returning. He sprayed the loft space with an insecticide to kill off any insects and flies. He was excellent, he explained everything to us, and carried out the work in a professional manner. At all times, he respected our home, removing his boots and cleaning up any debris. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Jack in the future.

Called Jack from Tracker Pest Control for a suspected wasp nest in our planter! The response was very quick. Jack was punctual and professional. He gave us some different alternatives for treatment as he was mindful that we had cats that may have been affected by the insecticide used. He went through all the precautions we needed to take with our cats which was greatly appreciated.
